How do we develop our plants?

ROLLING NATURE PLANTS: FRESH, HEALTHY and BEAUTIFUL! We develop plants by tissue culture in highly equipped facility in aseptic conditions. They are cared and nurtured for almost 2-3 months in green houses to reach the size you receive. We provide the water, care and natural sunlight essential for them to grow healthy and strong. Since there is no middleman, they go straight to your door.

How do we ensure top quality plants commitment to our customers?

OUR PROCESS: QUALITY CHECKED AND CAREFULLY PACKED PLANTS- Our plant quality experts ensure that plants are healthy and without any infection when they are picked up for your order. They are meticulously selected by hand, prepped, bagged, and wrapped. As a rule, only healthy pest-free specimens are transported.

How do we precondition and prepare live plants for your order?

When you order a plant, it is hand selected in order to make sure that it is in perfect condition - absolutely ready for the journey to you or your recipient. All plants need preconditioning to meet environmental conditions to be encountered in transit or at the final destination. We add nutrient medium before dispatch so that the plant gets nourished through its journey to you. Lucky bamboos plant are sent along with damp jelly to make sure the roots of the plant are nourished well in the journey.

How do we pack live plants for safe delivery to your door step?

All our plants are carefully selected by hand, prepped, bagged, wrapped and boxed in specially designed plant boxes to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition to our customers. The packaging is unique. The plants are packed in a secure way that plant doesn't break or get damaged even if it is turned upside down. The sturdy box have holes in them so that to let fresh air in. Plants are given priority over non-living items during all phases of transportation and handling. We use overnight air shipping, fastest logistic partners to ensure prompt delivery.

We try our best to minimize the transit period so that plant reaches to you in good health after dispatch. With all the work that goes into developing, growing, digging, dividing plants, repotting, quality check, packing and shipping a "LIFE”, we just can say that the live plants you receive are precious. They are not like other non-living items or consumer goods.

How do you purchase products?

You can add any products that you wish to purchase to your 'Shopping Basket' at any time by clicking the 'Buy' button that appears next to that product. If you make a mistake or change your mind, you can remove products and/or change quantities at any time before going through the 'Checkout'. Once you have a selection of products that you are happy with, click 'Checkout' to enter our secure area and arrange payment and delivery details.

Can you send the Plant as gift?

 If you would like to send gift/s direct to friends or relatives, simply complete the delivery address section when you checkout and write your gift message in the comments space provided. There is no charge for this service. Message card is free. An order confirmation will be sent to the card holder’s address. Please remember that ALL items in your order are sent to the delivery address you specify and can only be sent to one address. If you require more than one delivery address you will need to enter separate orders for each delivery address.

What notification will you receive?

You will receive the following e-mails from us: Confirmation that your request to order your selected items has been received and the current stock status of the items on that request. Confirmation that payment has been authorized and that your order has been accepted and is being packed for dispatch. Once your order is being dispatched you will receive the courier tracking details through mail. It may take upto 24-48 hrs for updated tracking details to show after dispatch.

When will be your order dispatched?

Normally all orders received are dispatched next working day. Once we receive your order we try to send it at the earliest. Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday's. Large orders may be shipped in more than one package.

When will you receive your order?

Normally it take 2-5 days for the orders to reach you.

What do you do upon delivery of the plant?

Upon delivery please remove any packaging from the plant. Water thoroughly, as the plant may have been in transit for few days. Follow the care instructions given in each product description carefully after that. Do not forget to water the plant when topsoil turns dry. We hope your plant will give you many years' pleasure.

What if you receive a damaged product?

We have a very customer friendly policy. If you are dissatisfied with the product quality or have received wrong/damaged item. All live plant products have a 7-Day Freshness Guarantee and we will gladly replace any plant that’s damaged during transit or not up to your expectations. Just share the image of the delivered product within 24 to 48 hrs. of the plant receipt and mail us at care@rollingnature.com. We have earned our name through top quality products, customer satisfaction with extended customer support services. We take our customers’ requests on top priority and resolve any issue that comes to us at the earliest. Is there any shipping fee?

Shipping is free. All Across India.

Where do we ship?

Which courier partners are we using for delivery?

We have partnered with all the major courier companies for delivery all over India. We generally use FEDEX overnight/priority, but apart from that we also deliver through Bluedart, Aramex, Xpressbees, Delhivery and Ecom express. The pin codes which are non-serviceable by these couriers are catered by Indian Speed Post.

How can you pay?

We accept online payments through all banks, debit, credit and net banking. You can also use Pay U Money or Amazon Pay for payment at checkout. Also we have Cash on Delivery available. An additional charge of Rs 50 will be applied to all COD orders for handling and delivery.

Do we take corporate gifting orders?

How can the bulk orders be customized?

The pot and plant selection can be done as per request. Our plant experts are always there to help you with all the details. We get requirements from clients, for logo & brand print on Planters. We also add brand value by putting stickers, tying printed brand logo tags, brand printed gift wrapped boxes, or brand boxes. We can incorporate your own branding and company information into the gift and we are happy to work with you, providing suggestions and working to your budget and specifications.

Do you have a separate catalogue for corporate or bulk gifting?

Yes, we provide plants other than listed on our website for corporate gifts/ bulk requirements. We also add other gift items to the plant with pot options for special occasions, festivals such a Diwali, Christmas, New Year etc. Mail or contact us through phone and request our brochure and price catalogue for gifting.

Can the bulk order be split in order to be delivered at different locations in India?

Bulk order can be delivered at a single location by transport at a given date and time. It can also be split and delivered to different location through transportation/ courier at different locations/cities. The order will be considered completed once all the orders have been dispatched.
