Cancellations & Returns
We at rollingnature.com have made it our mission to send you top notch plants, products. We inspect each product very carefully before it leaves us to make sure it's in tip top condition. We also do our utmost to package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on its way. However, if you do have a problem, here is what to do:

And let us know the details about the order ID, products and other logistic details & we will get back to you ASAP.
Conditions for return:
- The product is totally different from what you ordered & was not informed beforehand for the same.
- Returns for Plants and Pots category will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available. (request you to visit the Product Discrepancies under the FAQ part here )
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process).
- Products/ Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
- If any products are damaged post-delivery and do not follow Plant for a Plant Policy, shall not be accepted for return.
Plant for a Plant Policy of rollingnature.com:
- Though our plants are all guaranteed, if the plant fails in the first 15 days, we will endeavor to replace it, once we have determined the cause of the problem.
- This guarantee does not include any plants damaged due to lack of watering or lack of proper horticultural care. In particular, plants will not be replaced if the plant care guidelines, given in the description of the product, have not been followed. ( would request you to visit the Product Discrepancies under the FAQ part here )
- The product should be in its original packaging as received along with all accessories (soil, pot etc.) a Make sure you retain the original invoice as well the “proof of dispatch” issued by our logistics partner who comes to collect the packet.
Conditions for cancellations:
Cancellations on all categories are allowed only before the item is shipped from our warehouse, after which an order cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer care to assist with you the same.
Your refund mode depends upon payment mode of order placement:-
1) If you have placed a COD order, the amount will get refunded into your bank account within 7-8 working days.
2) If you have placed a prepaid order (used credit card/debit card/netbanking for placing order), then the money will be rolled back to your card/bank account within 5-7 working days post refund initiation.
