How long does it take for an order to deliver?
Usually it takes around 2-5 business days for an order to be delivered. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Which mode of delivery do you use to send an order?
We normally send the order to you through our preferred logistics partners or sometimes to collect crucial feedback, we do it personally as well.
Do you charge on shipping?
No shipping is absolutely FREE.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order is usually shipped within 24-48 hours of confirmation. 

How can I track my order?
We send a mail to the user to keep the track of the shipment. Do keep checking your mailbox regularly to keep track of the order. Also if you are a registered user, you can keep a track of the shipment easily in the My Account section. 

I used my tracking number to check the details my shipment but the information is not clear to me ?Online shopping shouldn't be complicated at all! Courier companies use certain standard abbreviations and terminologies. Leave it to us to simplify those jargon terminologies for you!

How is the delivery done?

Our logistics partners will reach you through phone to deliver the order. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery.
If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer.  If the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform about the non-delivery. 

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You can Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase?

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on RollingNature. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will he/she receive the price tags and invoice?

We know what gifts means to your loved ones. So, keeping the essence of gifting intact for you gift packaging slip / invoice / tags would not include any pricing, discount or payment information. Kindly mention in the comments section while checking out that you want to gift the item. You can also request to add a message card, or mention the message for your loved one in the same comment section. We will add a message card free of cost. You can also write to us at and raise a request for gifting and message card for your order.

What happens to my money deducted from my debit card/credit card/Net Banking for an unsuccessful order?

If your card is debited by mistake, seriously, no need to panic at all! Please just make sure the following at your end.

Please check your bank/credit card account - Has it been debited ? If yes please note a failed transaction is normally rolled back within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. The expected timelines are as below:

- Net-Banking 4-7 business days

- Debit Card /Credit Card 10 business days
